Cattle Harvest

I was trying to find a gentle way of saying we had a mobile butcher come and kill Ewok and Jethro and transport the meat to North Fork Packing for final processing. It was sad and I am never going to get used to this part I think since I only used to get my meat from Safeway in cellophane packages.
