Beef. It’s What’s For Dinner
Big Thank You to North Fork Packing for our 1/2 beef that we picked up yesterday along with soup bones and a bag of fat that I’m going to render into tallow. Hopefully. Tonight I am going to make Beef Bourguignon served over mashed potatoes and a side of cornbread. Tomorrow I will grill some sirloin steaks and asparagus. We might not be making a profit off of these cows quite yet, but we are going to eat well. Thanks to those of you that purchased our remaining beef and let me know how it tastes.
